[Virgil] Virgil II nearing release

Hello everyone,

I've been whacking bugs in the compiler, refactoring it, and simplifying. 
I finally whacked the nasty little bug that prevented virtual methods with 
type parameters from working correctly--so at this point, the parametric 
type system is pretty much fully implemented. I also started cleaning up 
the AVR driver code in Virgil and hope to have everything in a much more 
clean and usable state for the next release.

I'd like to make another release (we'll call it B-04) by the end of this 
month, or early October. This will include all of the afore-mentioned 
bugfixes and language features.

If you haven't checked it out in a while, now might be a good time to see 
the latest CVS version and play with the system a bit.

As always, if you hit usability snags, or find something a pain, please 
let me know so I can try to make it easier to use!
