[Virgil] Virgil B-02 Released

Hello,

I have just released new source packages and jar files for Virgil Release 
B-02. This release contains minor feature enhancements and major bugfixes. 
Changes include:

Updates and refactoring to code generator. Better performance and smaller 
generated C code. Inlining of safety checks. More applications and some 
refactorings. Improved testing engine and testing performance. Many small 
bugfixes and restructuring of internals.

Additionally, the sample AVR applications have been improved and a driver 
for the ADC device have been added.

This release comes ahead of planned reorganization of the compiler source 
code base and a major change to the language to add a full parametric type 
system.
