UCLA's First Lady Mrs. Carol Block and UCLA Staff Assembly invite you to
attend a very special event. Mrs. Block will be hosting a pre-game reception
in the Hall of Champions at the JD Morgan Center, Friday, September 23,
2011, UCLA vs. Stanford's Women's Volleyball game. The event will be
co-hosted by UCLA Athletics. The package includes:

 

.         Two complimentary tickets to the game (reserved seating)

.         Free admission for two to Mrs. Block's VIP Pre-Game Reception in
the Hall of Champions at the JD Morgan Center.

.         Prize drawing ticket - chance to win UCLA Athletics t-shirts and
more!

 

The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, September 23.  First serve
is at 7:00 p.m.  Dress code is game day casual, UCLA spirit blue and gold.
Light refreshments will be provided. The Stanford Cardinal is ranked number
6 in the nation, so this will be a competitive, exciting game!  

 

The application deadline is Wednesday, September 14, 2011. A random
selection process will choose 25 respondents to attend the event (each
person may bring one guest). Those who are selected will be notified by
Friday, September 16th. To ensure that the maximum number may participate,
those who have been selected to attend a past VIP Reception and game may not
apply again.
