The below message is from UCLA Campus Human Resources regarding
recruitment for the Staff Enrichment Program:

Dear Colleagues:

UCLA Campus Human Resources announces recruitment for the 2009 Staff
Enrichment Program. The application deadline is Friday, October 10,
2008.  SEP is year-long, cohort-based program beginning in January for
employees in support roles committed to professional growth at UCLA. The
program includes monthly seminars, team projects, career coaching,
department presentations, professional portfolios, a $500.00 educational
stipend, leadership panels, and much more. 

Application criteria include:

*	Full-time career employee for at least one year 
*	Administrative Specialist (or equivalent) or below 
*	Satisfactory (or better) performance evaluation 
*	Department endorsement for participation 

Close association between participants, their supervisors, and the
coordinator is maintained to ensure that individual career development
plans and program activities remain consistent with University needs.
Supervisors can expect that participants will need approximately 10
hours of release time each month.
