Please be aware that the iWorkout web site will not be available in
August. We will use this time to incorporate site enhancements. When the
site relaunches in September, all participant's steps and strength
workouts will be reset to zero. Watch for more information as we revamp
iWorkout to be more exciting and rewarding than ever! And look for

Summer iWorkout Walking Event

Walking Route: From Bruin Plaza to the top of Bruin Walk; back to the
Bear; to Murphy Hall and back to the Bear again. Do as many segments as
you can in 30-40 minutes! 

Win Great Prizes!

 Receive prize drawing tickets after check-in at the starting location. 

Place prize drawing ticket into a prize container each time you complete
a walk from Bruin Plaza to either Murphy Hall or Drake Stadium and back.

The more you walk the better chance you have of WINNING! 

Prize drawing is at approximately 12:50pm 

Wacky Olympic Relay for Fitness Fun

Wednesday July 30th 

12:40-12:50pm   

(right after the walk) 

Cheer on teams of four who have participated in FITWELL Edu, a mobile
education program delivered at department work sites. This wacky
challenge will test their agility, coordination, strength and endurance
in a fun team-building exercise.
