[uclasa-l] Staff Picnic Volunteers

Dear Staff Assembly Friends,

As many of you have already been asking about volunteering at the UCLA
All Staff Picnic on August 14th, we thought it would be a good time to
send out the official "call for volunteers" to help staff this event. As
you know, this annual event cannot be successful without assistance from
dedicated volunteers, such as you, so we appreciate your enthusiasm and
spirit in helping make this event possible.  
 
President-Elect Maureen Wadleigh is coordinating the staffing schedule
for this event, so please contact her as soon as possible if you would
like to assist.  The schedule will be designed in 30 minute increments,
so that you have an opportunity to enjoy the picnic as well!  Even if
you can only volunteer for 30 minutes, your help would be greatly
appreciated.
 
If you would like to assist with event set-up, taking meal tickets, or
event clean-up, please e-mail Maureen at mwadleigh at recreation.ucla.edu
