Dealing Effectively With Troubled Students and Co-Workers

Recent events remind us it is often difficult to deal effectively with
troubled students or co-workers. Questions arise about what signs to
look for, what kind of intervention is appropriate, and where to turn
for assistance. Panelists from Student Psychological Services, CHR's
Staff and Faculty Counseling Center and Labor Relations, and the UCLA
Police Department will address topics such as the signs and symptoms
exhibited by students (or staff) experiencing life stressors, the
challenges faced by students at this developmental stage in their lives,
and the guidelines, procedures, and resources available to the campus
community. Enroll now to attend this panel discussion on May 31.
