Are you interested in advocating increased bicycle use, access, safety,
and education, by promoting the bicycle as an everyday means of
transportation and recreation? Or maybe you just want to dust off your
bike and take it for a spin?  If so, please join us in the 2007 Bike to
Campus Week at UCLA. The key events for Bike to Campus Week are as
follows: 

May 1 - 18th Pledge Online at www.californiabikecommute.com Register on
line to support the California Bike Commute, a project of the California
Bicycle Coalition-a non profit organization that advocates increased
bicycle use, access, safety, and education, by promoting the bicycle as
an everyday means of transportation and recreation.

May 7 - 14th Register for the UCLA Bike to Campus Week at the Fitwell
Desk in the John Wooden Center or email at bikeshop at ucla.edu. The first
200 people (must be UCLA staff, faculty, or student) to register will
and get a Bike Prep Kit, which includes free items such as patch kits,
bike route maps, Bike-to-Campus T-Shirts, etc to better prepare you for
bicycling.

Tuesday, May 15, 7:30 - 9:30am, Dental Breezeway Wednesday, May 16, 7:30
- 9:30am, Westwood & Le Conte Refreshments! Prize Drawing!

Thursday, May 17, 7:30 - 9:30am, Main Event in Bruin Plaza Food! Fun!
Prizes!

Saturday & Sunday, May 19 & 20,  6:30am - 6:00pm Bike to the Ocean: UCLA
Marine Aquatic Center
