We would like to find a UCLA student to stay in our apartment' s living
room. Details as follows:


<Our offer >

-          $400 per month

-          You would have a private area of the entire living room of around
120 sq.feet plus the balcony (about 20 sq. feet)

-          We can help you install curtains to make the living room
completely private for you

-          You would be sharing a bathroom with one of us

-          We three would be sharing the kitchen and other common areas of
around 160 sq. feet (e.g., dining table)

-          All cooking facilities are in place (e.g., microwave oven, oven,
dish washer, fridge). We could share all dining/cooking utensils (e.g.,
plates, pot, silverware, etc.) provided you keep them clean and tidy

-          Rent include wireless internet and water

-          Gas and electricity bills would be shared by three of us

-          New furniture and appliances

- You may also rent a private room for $550 per month (around 130 sq. feet).
