Male or female graduate student preferred.  Move in any time.
This is a (2-bedroom, 1 ½ bath) apartment. The room available has its own ½
bath.
The rent is $600 / month, which includes cable TV, wireless internet and
water.
We will split the electricity and gas expense by 3.
The apartment is on Mentone Ave, between Palms and Venice.
~5 minute walk to the Big Blue bus stop; an easy commute for UCLA students.
