Decision Coming Today in Episcopal Church Cases

The California Supreme Court has issued a notice of forthcoming opinions that includes the decision in Episcopal Church Cases.

The opinion will be posted to the Court's website (http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/opinions.cgi?Courts=S <http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/opinions.cgi?Courts=S> ) once it is released at 10:00 a.m. PST today (Monday, Jan. 5).
