Cert graqnted in Sunrise Rock Cross case

The Supreme Court today granted cert. in the Sunrise Rock Cross case involving an Establishment Clause challenge to Congress' transfer of the Sunrise Rock Cross in the Mojave Preserve war memorial to the VFW.  More at
