I think a good candidate is Navajo Nation v. US Forest Service-- an 8-3 en banc split by the 9th Circuit on the meaning of "substantial burden" under RFRA.  It was decided less than a month ago.  If you are interested, here is the link to my coverage of it on Religion Clause blog:
