Texas Court Says No Grounds For Taking FLDS Kids

Thirty-eight mothers of FLDS children taken from the YFZ Ranch in Eldorado, Texas, have succeeded in their challenge to the taking of their children into state custody. A state appellate court found that Childrens Services did not prove that the children involved here were in physical danger. Further discussion and a link to the decision is on Religion Clause:
