Atheists on Jury Duty in Alabma

I know I'm rather behind, but here's my thought in response to the original  
question (whether to pursue the matter).
 
What happened *is* worth pursuing, but not through the courts/filing  suit.  
Rather, I'd pursue it by writing letters to the relevant office of  court 
administration and whatever office is in charge of judicial conduct.
