guns and religious buildings

1. If a state passes a law allowing concealed weapons permittees to
carry guns into all buildings except schools and courts and
prohibiting property owners from denying the permittee access to the
buildings, must religious organizations allow the permittees to carry
guns into their religious buildings?

2. If a state law allows people to carry unconcealed guns anywhere,
except schools and courthourses, can a religious organization ban the
carrying of unconcealed guns on its property? (Assume this law does
not explicitly require building owners to allow weapons owners to
carry their weapons into buildings.)

Are these situations legally distinguishable?

EC or FE?
