Suing God (honest, it's a lawsuit that has really been filed)

Assuming he isn't a total flake, then there must have been some irony
in the lawsuit. Is it possible he was poking fun at what he
perceived as a tendency to try to cure all ills of the world -- or at
least all ills attributable at least in part to official conduct --
through judicial action?
