Picture of Jesus in the Courthouse

	According to an AP story, the ACLU is suing a city for
displaying a painting of Jesus (presenting the Christian Bible) in a
courthouse lobby. Underneath the picture is a caption that says "To Know
Peace, Obey These Laws." The story does not say anything about other
displays in the area.

	 

	Doug Laycock is quoted in the story as saying that the issues in
the case are not clear cut. 

	 

	Under Scalia's analysis in McCreary, should this display be held
to violate the Establishment Clause?
