Lawsuits against See You At The Pole

  Sorry; I misread the question.  The Corpus Christi case I mentioned
was a conventional suit by students against nervous school officials
trying to suppress or restrict the event.  I do not know of any cases
trying to force schools to prevent the event on the ground that
permitting it is unconstitutional.  Surely if there were such a suit,
the claim would be that the event had de facto school sponsorship.
