[View from the Right] Recommendation: How Islamic law might be banned in America

  Someone sent me the link below, a blog post arguing that we can ban
advocacy of sharia law in the United States based on /Davis v. Beason/
and /Late Corporation v. United States/.  Bad cases never die; they
linger in the reports to do new damage when we are scared enough or
the political mood is otherwise right.
