Religious objections to medical care

I have a student in a political theory class I’m teaching on church and state who wants to write a paper on religiously motivated parental objections to medical care for their children (Jehovah’s Witnesses, Christian Scientists, etc.) and I’m hoping that someone here might be able to point me toward a couple of cases or articles that would help her get going.
