Wiccan soldier's family wants pentacle on gravestone

Any constitutional problem here with allowing a cross, star of David,  
or moon and star (for Islam), but not the pentacle for Wicca?

Viewpoint discrimination?  Religious discrimination by benefitting  
some but not all religions?  Burden of free exercise?
