Kermit Hall

It is with great sadness I report to the list the death of my good friend and co-author Kermit Hall. He died of an apparent heart attack yesterday afternoon.  Kermit was a significant constitutional historian and was serving as President of the State University of New York at Albany.  His death is a great loss to legal scholarhip (as well as a great personal loss to many of us).
