Patrick Henry College sues employee fired over beliefs

An interesting story here from Purcellville VA.  Patrick  Henry College is 
suing an employee who resigned rather than change his  religious beliefs about 
baptism.  Apparently the issue in the case is  whether he violated his 
termination agreement when he sent a letter to parents  discussing his departure, in 
particular if he used confidential or proprietary  information.
