seminar syllabi

I think it is useful to exchange ideas on what and how we teach, so I'd
appreciate it if folks could respond on the list.  Unfortunately, I have
nothing to contribute myself, because my administrative duties have
prevented me from teaching anything in the law and religion area over the
past few years (I keep telling myself that this too will pass).  But I'd
love to know what others are doing.
