Bacus v. Palo Verde Unified School Dist. Bd. of Ed., 2002 WL
31724273 (9th Cir. Dec. 3, unpublished), holds that an invocation at the
start of school board meetings, and consistently made "in the Name of Jesus"
by the same person -- with no invocations ever given by people of other
denominations -- violated the Establishment Clause, even given Marsh v.
Chambers.
