GVR in Gentala v. Tucson

The Supreme Court this morning granted cert. in Gentala v. City of Tucson,
vacated, and remanded the case in light of Good News Club.  Gentala was the
case involving a group that sought to use city equipment for free for a
National Day of Prayer event that was available to other groups.  A panel of
the  Ninth Circuit had ruled in favor of the group, but an en banc court (8
to 3) reversed last spring.
