Trinitarian Treaty of Paris

While researching another matter entirely, I came across the text of the
Treaty of Paris of 1783. That treaty, which secured the recognition by the
British crown of the separate and independent status of the Several States
formerly colonies of the Crown, is introduced by these words: "In the name
of the most holy and undivided Trinity." A curious historical artifact.
Perhaps this doctrinal pronouncement (consented to, by, among others, a
treaty commissioner for the united States by the name of B. Franklin) should
also be carved into the Alabama Supreme Court monument.
