If Marty is correct in the above-quoted point, it seems to me that a policy
relying on a standard of that sort would unconstitutionally discriminate
against religion; that is, unless someone can identify for me a few more
categories of discussion or topicality that would prompt an analogous
restriction on government invovlement.
