That's an interesting claim in an election year particularly because the
common idea outside of legal circles is rather the opposite, that Christians
can't win.  A major thrust of much of the internet chatter on religious
freedom is to the tune of "Christianity is being persecuted in the courts."

An article that compares equal claims made in court by adherents of different
religions, with the outcomes, would probably dispel several myths.
