This is another opinion by Judge Minor. If you recall, he wrote a similar
opinion in Bronx Household of Faith v. Community School Dist. No. 10, 127
F.3d 207 (2d Cir. 1997). He also wrote the Second Circuit's opinion in
Lamb's Chapel which was reversed by the Supreme Court.

I agree with Eugene that this is an obvious case of discrimination
against religious meetings, but I don't think anybody will ever convince
Judge Minor of that.
