Cert pretty certain in Ohio case?

Surely this is one school choice case that the Court has to take,
given the disagreement between the 6th Cir and the Ohio Sup Ct about the
constitutionality of the very same program. And of course there's also a
split with the Wisc Sup Ct decision and, in considerable measure, with the
Ariz Sup Ct. And it seems procedurally ready for cert; it's a final
judgment, the affirmance of a permanent injunctoin staying the program.
Is there any procedural or other barrier to granting this case that
I haven't focused on?
