In the context of teaching about "the historical existence of the Aztecs,
their legends and their religion," school district did not violate
Establishment Clause violation when elementary school teacher read a story
about Quetzalcoatl and hung a Quetzal Bird in her classroom because
"Quetzalcoatl is not currently worshiped in the world. . . ." Altman v.
Bedford Central School District, 45 F.Supp.2d 368, 387 (S.D.N.Y. 1999).
