Now, now, Michael.  Actually, one interesting aspect of this case is the fact that Judge Ken Ryskamp is a devout, committed Christian.  However one may disagree with his legal or sociological analysis, we cannot write this off as one of those religion-hating judges who just don't understand people of faith.  Honoring God is something very important in this judge's life.
