Request for Sources

Years ago I remember reading some court opinions, probably from the latter half
of the 19th century and early 20th century, in which the Adam and Eve account
in the Bible, and possibly other Bible references, were used to justify denying
equal rights to women.  I am hoping there may be places where such opinions
have been collected, and that someone on this List can tell me where they are.
