Let me get this straight. Not only does Marty Lederman think that the
government need not pay for the teaching of creationism, he thinks
that the government could withhold funding for the entire operation
of the school, even if it is otherwise eligible for funding, if it
includes creationism within its curriculum. If that is not an
unconstitutional condition, I have not heard of one.
By the way, the distinction between "advocacy" and "how you teach" is
nonexistent. Creationists advocate a particular understanding of
origins; so do Darwinists.
