The Senate will hold hearings Tuesday regarding RLPA.  The House conducted its hearings this past Tuesday.  I would guess someone with the Coalition for the Free Exercise of Religion (McFarland, Laycock and their ilk) has a better idea of when a full congressional vote will occur.
