Misinformation about prayer in schools

'Tis sad that "sapiens sapiens" can't get past a concept expressed in
one sentence, but, that being the case in the land of 3-second sound
bites, the words "usually" "most" "certain" "some" and similar words
will help create the technically correct (but useless) sentence.
