This isn't an argument, it's just repeating your earlier argument in a
louder tone of voice. The difference between some religious expression
and other forms of expression has nothing to do with what I tolerate and
everything to do with what the Establishment Clause commands. I
recognize that supporters of the Judge find the Clause inconvenient; but
it is still stubbornly there in the text.
