Tax Support for Schools

As this list's certified member of the looney right fringe, I would simply
like to point out that neither I, nor the organizations with which I have been
employed, have ever been so lacking in things to do that we took on the
challenge of fighting the Establishment dimensions of Halloween in the
schools.

<<  Having been through another round of the annual battles over Halloween
 being satan worship here in our public schools, such a comment will not
 necessarily be taken as tongue in cheek without more clear indications that
 it is meant so.

 Our elementary ed principal sought to ban all sorts of Halloween costumes,
 essentially leaving, I think, ballerinas and puppies as the only choices
 left.  He lost that round.  Again. >>
