The Attorney General has filed a Motion for Rehearing on the court prayer/ten
commandment case, asking the Alabama Supreme Court to reconsider its finding
of no standing and to reach the merits of the case. The ACLU-A defendants
(all the defendants except Roy Moore), have indicated their support for the
request. No response has come from the Governor's office, as of yet.,
although he did not join the AG in the request. No response from Judge Moore
as of this time.
