I do not understand Sandy's argumnet that teh fact thAT the state can
intervene in extreme cases proves that parental rights are fiduciary only.The
stae can intervene to silence speech in extreme cases but thta does not make
the free speech right less than personal.Similarly,private schools have rights
in hteir personal (corporate ) capacity which may be overridden,but they are
no less rights of the school,for the concession to necessity.
