Sodomy, discrimination, and religious freedom

So this thread would seem to imply that the marriages of two people
of the same sex which are solemnized and recognized by the Quakers
of my and many other Meetings and by some other churches as well
should, through this analysis of Freedom of Religion, be able to
override the statutes making the relationships illegal in some
jurisdictions and merely not recognized in others.
