Rescuing Worshippers

With respect to Steve Jamar's comment about the judges, wasn't there
published not too long ago a series of articles (from a symposium?)
about the conflict between a judge's religious beliefs and the
judge's secular judicial duties? I took a quick look in my office but
I can't find it. Hopefully someone will remember -- I think there
even was some discussion on the list. Perhaps Teresa Collett or Rick
Duncan will remember, as I recollect their having been involved in
the discussion.....
