After reading the news item Art Spitzer posted about the alleged
use of government funds to build an alleged addition to a church:

There has to be a catch, right?

Is the applicable law unclear?
Ready for a change?

Or are the facts in dispute?
Not easily proven?

Or am I missing something?

'Cause I'm confused: it can't be as simple as it appears.
