    A quick look through Jim Ryan's appendix says that of the 12
federal court of appeals winners, 5 were non-Christians:  Two Muslims
(one group, one person), 2 Cherokees, and the Krishna society.

    (I do not vouch for the completeness of Ryan's list of 12; the
article is excellent, but I do not now recall the exact criteria he
used, and perhaps some might not entirely agree with them.)
