As a non-lawyer and mere history professor, I do want to needle you all a
bit about your predictions on the RFRA case:  by my count, 21-5, WRONG!
One of the first things history students learn is not to predict.  Perhaps
you all didn't take enough history.  I thought, with Holmes, that "the
history of the law is experience."

But keep it up:  it's great fun!
