I realize that we're beginning to wander astray from religion, but I was
wondering whether Seminole Tribe precludes use of the Commerce Clause, as
Mark Scarberry suggests, or use of the federal courts.  (If anyone
inclined to respond feels it appropriate, please e-mail me off-list.)
