Hats off to Abner Greene

    I realize that for some on this list the invalidation of RFRA is
not an occasion for game-playing, even of the most academic sort.
Nonetheless, since predictions were made, I feel I ought to
congratulate Abner Greene for coming closest to the mark.  (Anything
marked ??? below is not my failure of recollection [I hope], but
rather the lack of a specific prediction.)  Good eye, Abner -- now
