picketing of churches

I recently (1/24) read that the U.S. Supreme Court denied cert and let
stand a lower court injunction against the picketing of St. David's
Episcopal Church in Topeka KS by members of a local Baptist church. There
was also picketing of the Baptist church by St. David's people. The
controversy apparently started with comments by the Baptist pastor about
homosexuals and counter  comments by an Episcopal priest. I presume that
St. David's is a liberal congregation and the Baptist church is
conservative.
Does anyone have more details or the cite of the case? I assume there is a
reported Court of Appeals decision.
